Catalan cuisine, cava sparkles

Apperitive will include some typical specialities of the Catalan cuisine, such as cod brandade, homemade ham croquettes, bread with tomato and seafood "fideua",

all acompanied with a glass of "cava" (catalan sparkling wine), and other beverages and cocktails to choose.

​

The wedding menu will feature some exquisite dishes including fish and meat, and will end with a lemon&mint sorbet. As usual in the southern Europe countries, coffee will be served right after the dessert, together with "ratafia" (traditional sweet wine) and other spirits, which will preceed the cake.
